Can you bring food into Disneyland?
I'm happy to report that yes, you are welcome to bring snacks into the Disneyland Resort theme parks! There are just a few rules to keep in mind while you're packing up. First, per the Disneyland Resort Rules, coolers can't exceed 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high.
Guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverages into the parks for self-consumption, provided they are not in glass containers, do not require heating, reheating, processing or refrigeration and do not have pungent odors. Inform a Security Cast Member of any food items when you enter the park.

Disney allows backpacks, fanny packs, totes, pocketbooks, and other types of bags and carrying cases into the parks. So long as it doesn't exceed 24″ long x 15″ wide x 18″ high, any type of bag is allowed. Anything larger is strictly prohibited.

Your cooler must be soft sided and smaller than 24″ X 15″ X 18″ which happens to be the size of a locker at Walt Disney World. No alcoholic beverages are permitted into the Parks at any time! No glass containers are allowed inside the Parks, with the exception of baby food jars.
You can bring your own bottle from home or buy one of the souvenir Disney bottles in the parks. All you have to do is take your water bottle to the water station at Disney World and refill it – it's completely free of cost. The water stations are convenient.
Luckily, Disney World provides free ice water at many of its dining locations across the four theme parks. In addition to picking up a cup of water with your lunch or dinner at Disney World's counter service restaurants, there are a number of kiosks and walk-up locations that also provide cups of ice water.

Julie, yes, you can bring power/battery banks and FuelRods into the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I never travel “the World” without a portable phone charger or FuelRod of my own! In fact, there are multiple FuelRod stations set up throughout the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.

Speaking of hydration, yes, there are water refill stations around the parks. When my family was visiting Walt Disney World last summer, we used the water refill station at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. We were also able to get free cups of water from several quick-service restaurants.
